In addition to completing your online application, you will need to provide recommendations from the following four people (to be submitted electronically through the online application): (1) Ministry supervisor; (2) Ministry colleague; (3) Lay leader; and (4) Chairman of church board, professor, denominational official OR professional acquaintance.
Additionally, if your GPA is below 3.0, please submit official scores from the Miller Analogies Test (MAT).
In addition to completing the online application, you will need to provide recommendations from the following four people (to be submitted electronically through the online application): (1) Ministry supervisor; (2) Professor from recent graduate studies; (3) Professional colleague; and (4) Lay person from your church.
Please also submit an electronic sample of published writing or a recent academic research paper to demonstrate potential for original research at the doctoral level. Please email writing samples to [email protected] in PDF format.
Also submit official scores from the Miller Analogies Test (preferred) or the Graduate Record Exam. Please use the institutional code for Trinity International University when submitting scores.

Visiting students are those who wish to take master’s-level courses for credit on a part-time basis (9 credit hours or fewer) or who wish to take classes for no credit (audit). Students desiring to enroll full-time or in a program (Certificate, Master of Arts, Master of Divinity, ThM, DMin, or PhD) must complete the full application for admission to TEDS.
