TEDS and graduate school students who live on campus can select apartment options based on being a married couple, couple with children or a single student.

DEF Apartments

Housing Application Process

There will be a very limited number of apartments available for the 2025-26 academic year.
After submitting your Notice of Intention (TEDS and graduate students only) or Notice of Intention for International Students and your tuition deposit, you may apply for on-campus housing. On-campus housing rates are comparable to rental rates in surrounding communities. All on-campus rates are subject to annual review and revisions. Applications will be accepted beginning on the following schedule:
  • April 18 for Fall Semester housing.

On Campus Housing for the 2025-2026 academic year is currently full. You can still complete an application to be placed on the waiting list. There is information below on off-campus housing opportunities.
