Trinity Evangelical Divinity School

Combining unrivaled academic rigor with a wholehearted commitment to gospel fidelity and an abundance of flexible options, TEDS offers a theological education that equips you to serve Christ with wisdom and grace, in truth and love.

The Master of Arts in Educational Ministries (MA/EM) equips men and women in congregational or parachurch leadership for a collaborative ministry engagement, and for formational teaching and learning of others.

Why Choose Trinity’s
Master of Arts Educational Ministries?

What Is The Focus?

Our program will help you by focusing your coursework on three themes in educational ministry: Congregational Life (family, age-specific and inter-generational ministry), Collaborative Ministry Engagement (leadership, small groups, teams), and Formational Learning (formational discipleship, teaching, and learning). You will focus on one or two of these themes in your coursework and capstone projects, but will substantively engage all three themes throughout your degree.

Competitive tuition, combined with scholarships and federal financial aid, makes earning your MA/EM degree a reality. Plus, for a limited time, a 25% scholarship is available to those who apply now!

Where Can This Degree Take Me?

Graduates currently serve as church educators and administrators for all ages, education or staff pastors, church administrators, Christian school teachers, parachurch or university staff persons, or are pursuing doctoral educational studies.

You can complete this degree entirely through TEDS Online, in person at Trinity, or through a hybrid of both.
Alex Flora Testimonial

Through intentional effort and care of professors, my online program was filled with an incredible group of people who helped challenge, grow, and walk alongside one another. It never felt like a knowledge dump. Each professor I interacted with truly wanted the absolute best for me. My time at TEDS, specifically in the Educational Ministries program, is one I will forever be thankful.
