Trinity International University Completes Sale of Bannockburn Campus Property

Trinity International University has completed the sale of its Bannockburn campus property. The transaction closed this week with a private real estate investment entity.

The sale of the Bannockburn property is part of a broader set of actions the University has been taking to support long-term institutional sustainability and mission continuity. These actions include the planned closure of the residential Bannockburn campus and the transition of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School to Trinity Western University.
