As our first full week of classes gets underway, we look forward to Tuesdays at 11:00 AM, when we gather as a worshiping community in ATO Chapel. The fall chapels begin August 31 with the Dean's Chapel--Dr. Pao's message, "Responding to the Call."
The theme for the Fall series is "
The Gospel for the Future: The Church and Technology" (click on the link for the full schedule). We will hear from TEDS faculty from each of the seminary disciplines, and campus guests. Our relationship to technology might seem like the relationship of fish to water. Speakers in this series will encourage us to honest biblical, theological, and cultural perspectives on the benefits and challenges of rapidly changing technologies.
Note that there are several dates that fall outside this Fall's theme: Global Christian Week (September 21), Rom Lectures (October 5 and 6), and the campus Day of Prayer (October 26). Through the Fall we have the privilege of growing as a worshiping academic community—do join with your sisters and brothers from around the world in our weekly gathering.
