Kelly Chang Rickert is the founder of the Law and Mediation Offices of Kelly Chang, APLC, a law firm dedicated to Family Law.
She has been practicing law since 2000. She is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Family Law Specialist, a distinction earned by approximately 1,300 California family law attorneys.
Her practice is devoted to helping those who need us where it matters most - at home.
