Join our Master of Legal Studies Alternative Dispute Resolution track, where you will explore essential mediation and negotiation theory concepts, honing practical skills for effective dispute resolution. This program will delve into labor law and the application of ADR in workplace settings, equipping students to manage conflicts with confidence and expertise. Additionally, you will learn cross-cultural dispute-resolution techniques to navigate diverse perspectives and enhance collaborative problem-solving in an increasingly interconnected world.

MLS applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher (on a 4.0 scale). The GRE is not required for admission. In addition to the application, applicants must provide official transcripts from the colleges/universities at which they have earned degrees and two letters of recommendation.
