ADJUNCT PROFESSOR
Prior to coming to Trinity Law School, Jim served in the public policy field for 25 years, most recently serving 16 years as State Representative for the 129th Legislative District in Pennsylvania’s House of Representatives. He is also a licensed attorney, admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court - Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Jim earned his law degree at Regent University School of Law in Virginia, where he served on the law review staff and board. He also holds a B.A. in Prelaw from Pensacola Christian College in Florida.
