Trinity Law School was honored to host Israeli-American attorney, author, and Fellow with the Georgetown University Center for the Constitution in Washington D.C., Yonatan Green. Green gave a lecture on his recently published book Rogue Justice on the Israeli legal system, in which he recounts the Court’s ascent from a modest judicial institution to the central arbiter of Israel’s political and social disputes. Revealing how judicial supremacy came to dominate Israeli governance, and discussed how Israel’s constitutional crisis sits within broader global debates of pressing concern for scholars, practitioners and policymakers alike.
