The Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters will be the final opportunities to be considered for admission through Trinity Law School’s Flex Track.
For over a decade, Trinity Law School (TLS) has offered the Flex option to applicants who did not meet standard admission requirements or who had not yet taken the LSAT. The Flex Track provides an alternative pathway for applicants to begin their legal studies, provided they meet specific academic milestones during the first three semesters. You can find additional information about those requirements here.
The Path Toward ABA Alignment
Beginning after the Spring 2027 entering class, the Flex Track will no longer be available as TLS takes essential steps to align its practices with American Bar Association (ABA) standards. Our long-term goal is to pursue ABA accreditation, and this transition marks a significant step in that direction.
To prepare for this future, Trinity will introduce a new ABA-aligned curriculum and adjust the criteria by which applicants are considered for admission. While Trinity Law School remains a California Bar–accredited law school, we are excited to share that expanded scholarship opportunities will be available for those who qualify under these new standards. More details on scholarships will be forthcoming.
