ADJUNCT PROFESSOR
Based in Anchorage, Alaska, Ms. Mylar is an Assistant Attorney General and Tribal Liaison for the State of Alaska Attorney General. She advises in the areas of constitutional law and federal Indian Law. Ms. Mylar is also an adjunct professor at Trinity Law School where she teaches Constitutional Law.
Ms. Mylar received her Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. She was the senior articles editor of the Regent University Law Review and the recipient of book awards for Property Law and Copyright Law. Ms. Mylar also earned a Master of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics from Boston University, and previously majored in Spanish and English at Westmont College.
Ms. Mylar formerly served in Washington, DC, as Legislative Counsel to U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan (AK), and previously as a policy advisor to U.S. Representative Gary Miller (CA). She currently serves on the Advisory Board for both Restoration 1:99, a non-profit organization providing counseling and life-care services for minor girls rescued from sex-trafficking in Washington, DC, and Heart of Gold Ministries, Int'l, a non-profit organization providing counseling and life-care services for individuals released from prison and their families. Ms. Mylar also serves as a board member for the Alaska Governor's Prayer Breakfast.
