Michael Maunder is an attorney at Fisk & Gregory in Chatham, Virginia. His primary areas of practice are criminal defense and civil litigation. Prior to working in private practice, he served as prosecutor in the Pittsylvania County Commonwealth Attorney's Office. He teaches criminal law and procedure.

Mr. Maunder received his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia, and his undergraduate degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. An accomplished moot court enthusiast, Mr. Maunder has won multiple moot court tournaments both in law school and as an undergraduate, and has received multiple individual oralist awards as well.

Prior to college, Mr. Maunder served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

His pride and joy are his three children that he raises with his wife in rural Virginia. He is an active member of his church and serves there as the Youth Protection Coordinator and as a member of the parish council.
