With over 25 years in digital and building, growing, and refining teams for over 15 years, I understand the inherent pressures on CMOs to get more out of their teams. I have the unique skills to assist CEOs in getting more from their marketing teams by developing a strategy that helps grow the business while developing a strong efficient team that focuses on helping customers achieve their goals.
I leverage new business opportunities through community outreach and partnerships and design strong multi-channel marketing plans to ensure maximum growth. I collaborate with multi-level stakeholders to define executable targets and exceed expectations. I also mentor and influence my staff and peers to reach their potential, using the golden rule and servant leadership principles. I am passionate about creating and monitoring customer experience and enhancing web content and CRM systems. I hold a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential and have completed certificates in Proactive Leadership and Technology Product Strategy from Cornell University and MIT Sloan School of Management, respectively.
