ADJUNCT PROFESSOR
Professor Poncy is a 2006 graduate from Trinity Law School, obtaining her Juris Doctor Degree after admission as a special student. While attending Trinity Law School she was a managing editor of the Trinity Law Review, served as Vice-President of the Associated Student Body, and received eight Trinity Scholar Awards. Professor Poncy’s primary practice area was Juvenile Dependency, with over 15 years trial experience representing children, parents, and the social services agency in child welfare cases. She has instructed classes in Evidence, Community Property, Family Law and Juvenile Justice and was a subject matter expert for the Dependency Law and Practice course. She currently sits as a Commissioner with the Orange County Superior Court.
