David Toberty

Mr. Toberty received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Regent University School of Law in Virginia in 1990. He was a member of the Regent University Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award for achieving the highest academic score in Family Law.

Mr. Toberty has practiced in Southern California since 1990. His practice is focused exclusively in the area of Family Law, including Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Paternity, Mediation, and Stepparent Adoptions. He has also been an adjunct professor of law at Trinity Law School, teaching courses in Family Law, Small Office Law Management and Community Property. Mr. Toberty has been married for thirty-eight years and has four children and two grandchildren.
