Lance Conklin

Attorney Lance Conklin has been practicing Immigration Law for more than 25 years. He was first admitted to practice law in California in 1995 and has worked for some of the most prestigious Immigration Law firms in the United States. In addition to his experience in private practice, Lance has worked in the Non-Profit world at World Relief, where he supported Immigrant Legal Services for low-income clients, and he has taught Immigration Law to new practitioners. He is also a Navy Veteran and has served as a minister. Lance opened Conklin Immigration Law, LLC (FNA Law Office of J. Lance Conklin) in 2014, exclusively practicing U.S. immigration law. Lance currently serves as Pro Bono Chair for the DC Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is Associate Director for Good Samaritan Advocates at City of Refuge, Baltimore. He previously served on the Maryland Immigrant Rights Coalition board, serving as President from 2018 to 2021. He is also an Adjunct Professor for Trinity Law School in California, teaching an Immigration Law course and leading an immigration clinic.
