Professor Batezel has taught Civil Procedure, Contracts, Litigation Writing, Remedies, and Trial Practice. He graduated from Loyola Law School and has been a practicing litigator since graduation. He is a partner at Pacific Law Partners and specializes in insurance bad faith defense. In his practice, he is involved in all phases of litigation from pre-litigation negotiations through appellate review. He has argued in front of the California Court of Appeal on numerous occasions.He is married and has two adult daughters. He loves spending time with his family, traveling, reading, playing ice hockey, and performing in musical theater. He is also a huge Philadelphia sports fan. Go Birds!
