The University Records Office at TIU handles all student academic records, manages enrollment, transcripts, online course registration, declarations of major, and a number of other things central to your time at college.

Ordering a Transcript

The University Records office manages and processes transcript requests from TIU Graduates. Transcripts may be requested in-person at your TIU campus, or requested in writing by completing the form below.

In accordance with federal law, the transcript request process is specific and must be followed exactly.
