Records & Registration

The Graduate/Divinity Records Office is available to assist you with many of your academic needs. We will help you transfer credits from another institution, register or withdraw from classes, and obtain your semester grades.

If you need assistance with any information regarding your academic record, please contact us at 954.382.6531. Our address is Trinity International University, Graduate/Divinity Programs Records, 8190 West State Road 84, Davie, FL 33324. You may also email any questions you have.

Transfer Credit

You must submit a written request to evaluate any potential transfer credits. You must also submit the official transcript from other institutions directly from the institution of your previous attendance to the TIU Graduate/Divinity Records Office. Prior to taking an outside course, approval must be granted from your advisor. Complete and sign the Approval for an Outside Course form.

Registration

Registrations are generally held just prior to the start of each semester or term. During the regular semesters (fall and spring) and early registration period is provided to all current students. To register for classes an enrollment agreement form is used. When selecting your courses for the semester, please be certain to complete the document in its entirety or it will not be processed.

Withdrawal

We understand there some events in life that cause someone to withdraw from a course or even the entire program. You may use the change-in-registration document to drop or add some but not all of your classes. To withdraw from all courses you must use the appropriate withdrawal form available from the Graduate/Divinity Records Office. Please contact your professor before withdrawing from a course or your advisor before withdrawing from the program.

Semester Grade Reports

Official grade reports are mailed upon the completion of each semester. In most cases the grade reports will not be mailed until the start of the next semester. Please note: if you need a special grade report for tuition reimbursement purposes, you will need to request this of the Graduate/Divinity Records Office in writing with your signature affixed.
