Create a Christ-centered business program: Without even realizing it, modern management theory is consistent with biblical principles because God’s word is a reliable guide on how we are to treat one another.
Leverage the liberal arts tradition in the business world: Training in the liberal arts enriches the life of a student. And "liberal" business training enriches careers in the complex economy of today.
Deliver high-quality education with a strong academic foundation: Learning without rigor is education without integrity.
Nuture individual student needs: Faculty counsel students in their Christian walk, not merely academics. Small classes taught only by faculty deepen these relationships and contribute to quality.
Make academics practical in applications of the latest business concepts: Avodah is the Hebrew word for work and is the same word used for worship. If our work is to be part of our worship, it must be based on biblical models.
