To all children of those employed full-time as staff within the EFCA, the funding for eligible students is $25,000 in total TIU gift aid.
To qualify for this scholarship, a full-time student must be the child of:
A parent currently serving full-time within an EFCA church OR
A parent currently serving full-time with ReachGlobal OR
A parent currently serving full-time as EFCA staff.
Students receiving the EFCA Ministry Family Scholarship are guaranteed to receive a total of $25,000 in TIU gift aid each year they remain a full-time on-campus student at Trinity on our Deerfield campus in Illinois.
The Church Match Grant program is available to anyone attending on campus at our Illinois or Florida locations and online. Up to $1,000 provided by the church will be matched by Trinity. While this is the only additional Trinity gift aid that can be added to this $25,000 award, students will still be able to use any Federal and State financial aid and loans they are eligible for to subsidize their remaining expenses.
If you are a member/regular-attender of an EFCA church, you will receive a minimum of $17,000 in scholarship aid. If the sum of your academic, athletic, and other institutional aid (see below), is below $17,000, your award will be rounded up to $17,000. If the sum is greater than $17,000, you’ll receive what you earned in other scholarships. A pastor will need to informally verify your EFCA participation.
