The Social and Interactive Media major is a unique major, which is not offered in every college. As a Social and Interactive Media major, you will develop your skills in digital writing and a variety of visually-based mediums, such as photography, web design, and video.
Social and Interactive Media majors usually complete their degrees in 3-4 years. While a student, you will complete 52-53 credit hours in a wide variety of interesting courses like social and interactive media strategies, writing for the media, visual communication, foundational design software and photography.
There is a growing demand for social media managers in companies all over the country. More and more businesses are seeking social media managers to develop web-based marketing and social media strategies to expand and grow their customer base.
