UNDERGRADUATE HOUSING

Living on campus is a key aspect of student life at Trinity! Residence Hall life fosters lasting memories of fun times and life-long friendships. It’s important to feel like you’re a part of the campus community, which is why Trinity prefers that full-time students live on campus.
UNDERGRADUATES HAVE THREE OPTIONS FOR ON CAMPUS HOUSING
  1. Traditional residence halls, which contain doubles (you and a roommate), a few singles and shared bathrooms and living spaces
  2. Suite-style arrangements including doubles, singles or other variations
  3. Apartment-style living for upperclassmen with shared community areas
Visit Trinity for yourself! Tour our residence halls and discover for yourself what it would be like to spend the next four years living, studying and relaxing on our beautiful campus.

LIVING OFF-CAMPUS

Are you thinking about living off campus instead? Trinity believes that living on campus enhances a student’s social and emotional development and builds community. So before you start looking for an apartment or room to rent, be sure you meet the following criteria. You may live off campus if you…
…live with their parents.

…are a senior within 30 hours of graduation.

…have a permanent live-in job situation.

…are twenty-one years of age or older

…are married.

If you do not qualify to live off campus you may submit a written request to the Assistant Dean of Students to be considered for off campus approval. Email the Housing Office for a list of off-campus housing opportunities to assist you in your search for accommodations.
Approximately 20% of the undergraduate student body commutes to Trinity for classes. If you are considering becoming a commuter student, you should note that the college has facilities available specifically with you in mind. Many buildings on campus have designated areas for students to study and relax both day and night in the Waybright Center, which opens weekdays at 6:00 am for the convenience of commuters.
