Today\u2019s market realities have required Trinity to think afresh about how we align our resources with the market realities, so that we can drive our mission forward. Trinity\u2019s&nbsp; mission will be sustained only by reaching&nbsp; financial stability and offering academic programs that meet the changing needs of today\u2019s students. This year, the time had arrived for Trinity to undertake a highly data-driven, Spirit-led process of discernment\u2014leading to a Mission Activation Plan. This transparent and collaborative Mission Activation Plan Process (MAPP) focused on the University\u2019s operations and academic programs, seeking to align our mission, strategic priorities, and core values within a financially sustainable model.
