Trinity is one university with four schools: a liberal arts undergraduate program, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Trinity Graduate School, and Trinity Law School. We want to enable our graduates—in all schools and every discipline—-to think and live like Christians in the twenty-first century. The heart of Trinity’s mission lies in the commitment to engage the culture for Jesus Christ. We believe that God calls students into many kinds of service and Trinity’s calling is to prepare them to serve for his glory.
Trinity’s undergraduate program is a liberal arts college with its main campus in Deerfield, Illinois, and regional centers in Dolton, Illinois, and Miami, Florida. Trinity currently offers more than 70 programs of study ranging from Christian ministries and teaching to music and athletic training. Along with a bachelor’s degree, students can complete dual degree programs in Bioethics, Intercultural Studies, or Nonprofit Leadership.
Students benefit from having the divinity and graduate schools on campus by often taking graduate courses while finishing their majors. Special programs include the premedical majors, which have a cooperative relationship with The Center for Bioethics & Human Dignity on campus. Trinity also offers dual Bachelor of Arts/Master of Arts degrees in Athletic Training, Bioethics, Leadership, Psychology/Mental Health Counseling, and an accelerated Bachelor of Arts/Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies. Together with TEDS, Trinity offers several pathways to ministry including an innovative five-year Advance BA/MDiv program, and the Advanced Placement MDiv degree, where qualified students who have completed prescribed pre seminary studies may receive advanced placement in their MDiv program. The University also offers a three-year degree option.
Trinity Graduate School offers master’s degree programs in Deerfield and Dolton, Illinois, as well as Miami, Florida. The Florida Regional Center also offers graduate courses in Miami-Dade County. Whether preparing to be attorneys, teachers, counselors, scientists, corporate leaders, or public servants, Trinity Graduate School is committed to excellence in education that’s grounded in the lordship of Jesus Christ. Graduates of our five master’s level degrees are equipped to think biblically and engage the complexities of the twenty-first century, while practicing faithful Christian lives.
Our dean, Graham A. Cole, often says that the TEDS experience consists of “hospitable evangelicalism.” We follow the centuries’ old adage: in the essentials unity, in the non essentials liberty, and in all things charity. Trinity Evangelical Divinity School offers doctoral and master’s degree programs in Deerfield and Dolton, Illinois, and at our Miami, Florida, campus. Here you will find different denominational and theological traditions teaching, studying, serving, and worshiping together within an institution committed to the authority of scripture and the saving gospel proclaimed through it. Not only is TEDS interdenominational but it’s also intercultural. Students and faculty are drawn to TEDS from all over North America and from every continent in the world.
Trinity International University-Florida is a regional site of Trinity International University, Deerfield, Illinois.
