Leslie RogersLeslie Rogers will be joining the Student Life team as the new Director of the Intercultural Development Office (IDO). Ms. Rogers hails from the south side of Chicago. She completed a BA in Biblical Studies at Trinity International University and an MDiv at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, specializing in congregational care. "Diversity is God’s idea," Rogers said. "I love learning about different ethnicities and cultures! I also love developing leaders, and I believe Trinity’s students are commissioned to faithfulness wherever they are called to serve. I think of it as an honor to bear witness to that!” When speaking about what drew her back to Trinity, Rogers said that during her time as a student, she spent countless hours in the IDO office, and that her predecessors who served previously in this role helped her thrive at Trinity. "God made it clear to me that he was calling me back home to TIU to do this work. I hope to help other students thrive as well!”
