MLK Day Celebration

Our campus, local community, and nearby EFCA churches are invited to a university-wide celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Join us on Monday, January 15 for workshops, readings, special performances, and corporate worship.

What: Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration

When: January 15 from 11:30am – 4:00pm

Where: Waybright Center, Trinity International University

Dr. King sermon reading, worship, prayer, and a performance by the Trinity Gospel Choir
2:00 Workshops
3:00 Closing Ceremony
Worship, prayer, and communion

As a university community, our hope and prayer is that this day will leave us freshly inspired and challenged to pursue Gospel-centered reconciliation, justice and compassion in the spirit of Dr. King on our campus, in our churches, and in our nation and world.

The entire program is free and open to the public. Free childcare is also available. For TIU students, chapel credit(s) will also be available.
