Gunderson Apartments

The Gundersen apartment complex includes eight 2-bedroom units constructed in 1966 with carpeted living room and bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and exterior entrances. This building also includes ten 1-bedroom carpeted apartments. Each unit includes a modest closet, kitchenette, full bathroom, and exterior entrance. Limited community storage units exist in nearby apartments for all units. One A/C unit can be added during the summer months to either efficiency or 2-bedroom apartments. Rent includes heat, water, internet, and electricity.
