Culture and Diversity at Trinity Florida

Trinity International University Florida is dedicated to the biblical picture of humanity created in the image of God. Just as the Triune God is fundamentally relational—three persons, one God, in eternal relationship, so also humanity is created relationally—male and female, different ethnicities, yet one humanity, who are in relationship together as those created in the image God. Just as the Triune God reveals diversity in eternal unity, so also humanity images diversity in unity.

True to this commitment, in 2020, U.S. News & World Report ranked Trinity as a top-tier school in the nation for ethnic diversity and social mobility. Trinity Florida reflects the diversity of the South Florida communities. Students and faculty from all ethnic backgrounds have a place at the common academic table. We celebrate cultural differences and through them enrich one another. Women and men sit together to discuss the Bible, theology, education, business, ministry, psychology, and leadership. As a Christian institution of higher education, Trinity Florida is committed to respond to the exhortation of the apostle Paul: “Welcome one another, therefore, just as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God” (Romans 15:7).
