Arthur (Art) E. Bailey, joined the faculty of Trinity College/ Florida in 1991 as an Adjunct Professor of Business studies and has continued to teach at TIU/Florida since. Professor Bailey is currently the owner and President of Trust House HR, a Strategic Human Resource Consulting Firm. He has been in the HR business for over 30 years. During that time, he held the senior HR executive position in three companies (two in the Audio-Visual industry and the other in the International Shipping Industry) and served on a number of non-profit boards besides owning his own business twice.

Professor Bailey has written and spoken often on business subjects such as, “Why KSAs aren’t enough to get a seat on the bus” and “The Purpose Driven Organization”. He co-wrote the requirements for an MBA program at TIU which was approved by the Higher Learning
Commission in 2012.

Professor Bailey earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University and has completed all of the subject matter courses in an Organizational Development EdD program. He is a certified Senior HR Professional with the
Society of Human Resource Management since 2002 and has been listed in the International Who’s Who of Business. He is married to Pam since 1969, and together they have a son and a daughter, two granddaughters, and two Golden doodles. He is a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and enjoys traveling anywhere with his family, playing golf, shooting weapons, and playing with his dogs.
