R.I.O. Workshops

R.I.O. (Recognition, Insight, Openness) focuses on building skills that help you identify and manage emotions and respond to anxiety more effectively. R.I.O will be meeting virtually through Zoom every Monday at 8 p.m. and Wednesday at 3 p.m.
