In Jim Collins’ well known book Good to Great, Pitney Bowes stood among a short list of companies which “made the leap to great results and sustained those results for at least 15 years.” Brad Black’s “next level” thinking and expertise is interwoven in that Pitney Bowes story. Brad’s influence continued as he served as Vice President and Managing Consultant with The Gallup Organization in the mid 90’s, and into the present as the President and Founder of Humanex Ventures.
