3rd Annual Black Graduation Ceremony

Each year, TIU hosts this ceremony to honor those who have come before us and paved a way for us to pursue our callings in our futures.

The ceremony is representative of African and African American culture and heritage, embracing the values of community and scholarship. It will culminate with a Kente stole presentation. This is a celebration for graduates to be recognized for their accomplishments, providing an opportunity to honor significant people who have helped them achieve their goal.

If you identify as African American of African descent and have confirmed your degree in Winter 2022 or are graduating in Spring or Summer 2023, we would love for you to join us for this ceremony!
