Worship Pastor

County Line Church, located in rural west central Ohio, is looking for a Discipleship Pastor to partner with us to fulfill all that God has called us to.

Worship Pastor Major Areas of Responsibilities: – Develop a Culture of Worship – Disciple the Congregation through Worship – Lead and Oversee Music and Sound teams creating a cohesive Worship ministry – Recruit, Train, and Disciple musicians and volunteers – Produce Video Announcements and slides as needed – Oversee & Manage Social Media Campaigns – Execute the Vision and Direction of the Senior Pastor and Elders.

Worship Pastor Qualities and Qualifications: -Heart of a servant -Ability and willingness to teach -Formal Education and Training in Worship Leadership or Experience Equivalent -Desire and Ability to Lead Modern and Contemporary Worship Music -Desire for Excellence in All Things County Line Church is a spirit-filled congregation located outside of Harrod, Ohio. We were established in the late 1800s and God continues to move in our body of believers today. We believe revival is coming and the Lord has authored a plan for us to be pivotal in it. We are following His leading by hiring a team to accomplish everything He has for us.
