SENIOR PASTOR Pleasant Valley South Baptist Church – Rome, GA

Pastor Profile: The ideal candidate will be a senior pastor who will serve as a preacher, teacher, shepherd, overseer, servant, and steward of Christ’s church and its members. They should have a strong biblical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a heart for ministry. The pastor will be responsible for providing spiritual leadership, preaching, teaching, and overseeing the overall operations of the church.

Qualifications: Possess the Biblical qualities described in 1 Timothy 3:2-7; Believe and adhere to the statements of faith in the Baptist Faith and Message 2000; Master of Divinity degree or equivalent; Minimum of 5 years of successful pastoral experience; Strong biblical knowledge and preaching skills; Excellent communication and leadership abilities; A passion for ministry and a heart for people.
