English Congregation Pastor

Job Description: ● Oversee the ministry of the English Congregation and direct leaders of the youth ministry ● Work with the Church Board (elders, deacons, and Chinese congregation pastor) in directing the overall vision for the English Congregation ● Shepherd, disciple, and train existing coworkers and new coming coworkers ● Preach or organize guest preachers on Sundays ● Be a member of the Church Board
