Director of Student Ministry (Middle School)

Grace Commons Church in Boulder, CO is seeking an experienced individual passionate about Jesus to serve as our Director of Student Ministry overseeing middle school (6th–8th ministry). Working alongside our Senior Pastor, volunteers, staff, parents, and interns, this leader will nurture a deep love for Jesus Christ by fostering intentional relationships, creative discipleship, and genuine community among students and families. We are looking for a prayerfully patient, fun, and relationship-oriented servant with the maturity and flexibility to collaborate, mobilize, and equip both volunteers and youth. A good sense of humor, humility, and a heart for teens are essential as we strive to reach students who need Jesus by providing Spirit-led care and incarnational ministry.
