Executive Director

BSideU for Life is seeking its next Executive Director with a passion for our mission combined with a strong business acumen, fundraising, and team leadership skills to lead the organization. The next leader must have a strong and abiding faith in Jesus Christ consistent with our Statement of Faith, with the ability to confidently express those beliefs within the community. The Executive Director will lead a team of dedicated and compassionate staff and volunteers. With support from the board, the next Executive Director will continue to execute an existing strategic plan with an eye toward moving the organization forward in a constantly changing environment. This leader will be expected to increase engagement with a volunteer board of directors, donors, church partners and other stakeholders. With a current annual budget of $1.8 million, BSideU for Life is looking for a leader who can increase funding, particularly through increased individual donors. The ED will also be charged with evaluating the efficiency of the organization’s wide-ranging programs and the creation of innovative programs to ensure we are reaching potential clients and truly standing beside them for a lifetime, not just the pregnancy journey.
