Housing Options
TEDS and graduate school students who live on campus can choose between apartment and dorm-style living. Trinity has 18 efficiency, 47 one-bedroom, 54 two-bedroom, and 4 three-bedroom apartments throughout these buildings.
Owens Hall
These residence halls offer single rooms within a triad suite, central heating / air-conditioning, and wireless internet throughout the building. Owens 700 includes a full kitchen, while Owens 800/900 include two bathrooms as an alternative.View Floor Plan >>

North-South Apartments
The North-South apartments consist of 2 buildings that contain 24 units with interior entrances, carpeted living room and bedroom, full kitchen, full bathroom, and large closets. Ludwigson Apartments
The Ludwigson apartment complex includes 24 two-bedroom air-conditioned units that include a carpeted living room, dining room, and bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, large pantry, and patio / balcony. Gundersen Apartments
The Gundersen apartment complex includes eight 2-bedroom units with carpeted living room and bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and exterior entrances. This building also includes ten 1-bedroom carpeted apartments. Each unit includes a modest closet, kitchenette, full bathroom, and exterior entrance. ABC Apartments
The ABC apartment complex includes 3 buildings that contain 24 units with carpeted living room, dining room, and bedroom, as well as an air conditioner in the living room. DEF Apartments
The D-E-F apartment complex includes 3 buildings that contain 24 air-conditioned units with carpeted living room, dining room, and bedrooms, kitchen with garbage disposal, bathroom, large pantry, patio/balcony, and exterior entrances. Applying for Housing
After submitting your Notice of Intention or Notice of Intention for International Students and your tuition deposit, you may apply for on-campus housing. On-campus housing rates are comparable to rental rates in surrounding communities. All on-campus rates are subject to annual review and revisions.Applications will be accepted beginning on the following schedule:
- April 1st for Fall Semester housing
- November 1st for Spring Semester housing
