Ruth has been an Adjunct Professor at Trinity International University since 2019. She is currently registered with the state of Florida and is working on attaining licensure. She has worked as a counselor in various settings over the last 10 years, both in ministry and in the non-profit arena, helping individuals and families cope with issues such as substance abuse and mental health disorders. Most recently, she worked as a primary therapist at Susan B Anthony Center where she provided counseling services for mothers and pregnant women struggling with addiction.

Along with her husband, Pastor David Rosa Jr., Ruth co-planted Cruciform Church in Hollywood, Florida in 2015 where she serves on the Executive Leadership team and as the Director of Women’s Ministry. In 2020, they launched the Center for Community Empowerment where Ruth serves as the Lead Counselor. Ruth and David have two daughters and one son. For fun and relaxation, Ruth enjoys going to the beach, listening to live music, and dancing.
