In 2016, Ludy Joseph joined the staff of Trinity International University-Florida as an adjunct instructor in Psychology and MACP (Practicum/Internship – Mental Health & School Counseling). Mrs. Joseph is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in Florida and has more than 12 years of experience providing services to children, adolescents, and adults. Mrs. Joseph has research interests in adult learning, first-generation/low-income FGLI college access and retention, evidence-based practices in school counseling, mental health and substance abuse, and effective practices in counselor education, training, and supervision.
Mrs. Joseph enjoys working with students (high school to graduate level) on leadership skill building, professional development, and enhancing academic study. Mrs. Joseph is an active member of numerous professional associations including ASCA, FSCA, SACAC, NACAC and AACC. Ludy works as a school counselor at a local private school. She is married to Shadrack, a 2015 TIU graduate and program director at Florida International University. In her not so free time, you will find her crafting away or taking pictures of her 10-year-old American Bulldog, Tre’bel.
