Pastoral Residents are full time, two-year employees at WCPC. Residents will gain real experience in pastoral ministry, while also receiving mentoring, coaching, and shadowing opportunities. Our hope is that residents would leave WCPC ready for a life of fruitful pastoral ministry. Men and women are encouraged to apply. Residents do not need to be presbyterian, nor have a desire to be ordained as presbyterian.
