General Summary: 40 hours/week. Design and facilitate programming for the West Michigan Friendship Center. Provide linguistically and culturally appropriate services for immigrants and refugees, predominantly from the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia. Engage volunteers to assist with Center activities. Reports to the Friendship Center Director. Ideal candidate will have a desire to use the Friendship Center to welcome people from Muslim areas and create community together through friendship and God’s love. Programs are offered through community connections and volunteers from the local community.
