Full Time Position
Focus: To support the vision, mission, and guiding principles of The Bridge Fellowship by designing and creating assets, graphics, and aesthetics while managing the day-to-day running of TBF’s online and social media presence.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Responsibilities
Design Creation:
– Work with the Creative Team to produce all graphics and branding for The Bridge Fellowship.
– Design templates for special mailings, reports, and emails.
– Produce designs for merchandise and event apparel.
– Support design needs of all ministries at TBF (ex: Kids, Students, Discipleship, Missions, etc.).
– Work with Creative Team and outsourced vendors on print + design materials.
Social Media:
– Work with Creative Team to develop an annual social media strategy plan that will build community and engagement.
– Create design assets and video reels.
– Source copy and content.
– Maintain social media platforms daily, respond to posts and questions.
– Engage with audience, track, and develop growth.
– Run AD Campaigns.
– Produce quarterly analytics reports for Creative Team and Team Leaders.
Online + Website
– Update TBF Website when needed.
– Work with web maintenance vendor to keep all plugins and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
– Grow online presence consistently + report analytics.
– Maintain a library of graphic and photo content for all ministries.
– Maintain a library of photo content for all church attendees (Flickr).
– Develop + maintain live stream engagement.
– Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
– 1-3 years of experience in similar design and marketing work preferred.
– Exceptional graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
– Proficiency and creativity in managing social media, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
– Computer competency, including knowledge of WordPress, Sprout Social, Google Workplace.
