We are Sturgeon Bay Community Church (EFCA) in Door County, WI; and we are currently searching for a F/T Worship Pastor/Leader. God is doing something special through our church family here in NE Wisconsin. A couple of notes: First, this is a great opportunity to build a ministry from the ground up without a lot of “we-used-to-do-it-this-way” sentiment from our church family. Second, we view worship comprehensively and holistically. Worship is more than just churning out Sunday music sets. It includes the space in which we worship, sight, sound, discipleship, outreach, and thoughtful (but not heavy-handed) liturgical elements.
