Trinity Fellowship is prayerfully seeking the man of God’s choice to shepherd our congregation as senior pastor. We are searching for someone to teach God’s Word, disciple and care for the flock, provide leadership and cast a vision for church growth. Qualifications:
• Meets the biblical qualifications of Titus 1, Timothy 3, and 1 Peter 5
• Has the gift of pastoral ministry and a clear call to the pastorate
• Is in complete agreement with the EFCA Statement of Faith
• Possesses a seminary master’s degree
• Has at least 3 years of relevant ministry experience
• Is ordained or is willing to be ordained in the EFCA
• Is passionate about discipleship

Pastoral Duties:
• Preach and teach the Word
• Coordinate the worship services
• Provide general pastoral care and nurture
• Provide counseling
• Provide a vision for reaching across generations and cultures
Leadership Duties:
• Provide overall vision and leadership
• Develop and implement ministry objectives
• Serve as part of and be accountable to the Elder Board to provide spiritual leadership to the congregation
• Represent Trinity Fellowship in the EFCA district and the community
