A part-time minister coordinating the youth ministry of Second Evangelical Free Church, working with the staff and most closely with the Sunday School Superintendent/Children’s Ministry Coordinator to provide seamless ministry for children and youth of the church, outreach to youth in the community, and Christian education for the church’s youth.
Requirements will include completed theological education (degree or certificate from either seminary or Bible College),
clear and engaging communication of the Gospel,
demonstrated teamwork, team-building ability,
a clear call to Christian ministry,
and a willingness to live at 814 52nd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11220.
Cross-cultural experience and cultural agility is preferred.
Multilingual ability and potential for eventual ordination in the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA) is desirable.
Compensation for twenty to twenty-five hours per week, $5k to $15k annual salary range,
housing at 814 52nd Street in Sunset Park, and health insurance is negotiable.
