The English-speaking Ministry (EM) is comprised of English-speaking college students, young adults, singles, married couples, and families. We firmly believe that the Bible serves as the supreme authority within the church, encompassing perspectives on matters such as marriage, sexuality, gender, and life-affirming choices. We will not compromise the Word of God to fleeting trends.

NJGMC is seeking a full-time associate pastor with a heart for shepherding, discipling, and mobilizing the EM to develop and mature as a community of believers– under the leadership of the senior pastor. The associate pastor must understand how to relate to the various unique sub-groups in our ministry: from college students to the 20’s-50’s demographic (i.e., singles to families), our EM desires a pastor who is able to integrate these groups to build up a gospel-centered and missional ministry. The pastor lives out the Great Commission by sharing the gospel boldly evidenced in family, in the church through one-on-one relationships, and in the community.
