Are you interested in accomplishing your internship hours by serving in a local youth ministry context? Are you interested in getting Youth Ministry experience?
Lombard Bible Church (111 S. Park Ave. Lombard, IL 60148) sits a cool 40-minute drive from Trinity. We have a thriving Youth Ministry with multiple adult & young adult leaders serving teenagers & numerous high school and middle school students that attend our “LBCstudent MInistry” (Sunday nights @ 7:00PM) from multiple schools.
We are looking to equip and empower Christian graduate students looking to get internship hours and experience in Youth Ministry by mentoring them and giving them opportunities to serve and use their gifts, all at no cost to them (and we’ll pay for gas and any money they spend on the youth ministry or the students). “Interns” can serve or learn from a variety of ministry experiences from leading small group discussion to teaching or leading a Bible study, leading in music worship or prayer or games or activities, learning how to organize an event or retreat or fundraiser, to learning how to meet with youth for one-on-one discipleship. Each volunteer can create a customized plan with us that fits with their schedule and availability.
