This is a full-time position assisting the senior pastor in shepherding the flock at Hope Community Church (HCC). The primary ministry areas that we are looking to address specifically involve our worship ministry, youth ministry, as well as teaching and discipleship. The candidate in this role may also be involved in various leadership capacities to include oversight of small groups, membership, and outreach. Exact roles and responsibilities will be determined on the basis of the giftings and experience of the candidate.
